12/09/2005 Yauatcha Fundraising SupperCOCOA organised a highly successful and fun Dim Sum Supper on the 17th March 2005 at the Yauatcha Chinese restaurant in Soho. The event raised well in excess of £10,000. Many high profile people in the media world attended, including Kate Adie who kindly supported the evening by drawing the raffle.We would like to thank all those who attended the supper, in particular: Harrods who provided us with Luxury Hampers to auction and raffle. The Australian Wine Bureau who supplied us with the wine. Gleneagles who donated a luxury 3 nights stay at the Gleneagles Hotel. Russell Taylor who donated one of his signed “Alex” cartoons, which appear in the Daily Telegraph. Hakkasan, which donated an opportunity to dine at the Michelin star restaurant. Phil Homan who provided a free studio photographic session. Veblen who organised the wine tasting event. COCOA will be having another fundraising supper next year.
